Fantastic location. New tech, high quality finishes, well designed and superbly maintained. Even the door were heavy and sound proof and the door closers were built into the hinges and not those connected at the top. Efficient service, yet friendly and warm by everyone from front desk, to breakfast and housekeepers at the corridors. Too bad they don’t wear name tags so I couldn’t name them for compliments. Perfect housekeeping standards and high quality linen. Good quality big bottle amenities in bathrooms. High quality breakfast and great service from Mohamed and his team. Simple example: Breakfast opens at 7:30am officially, but they made special exception for us to start by 7:15am for a couple of days due to our day trips starting earlier. That was highly appreciated and just shows how focused they are on giving a great experience to their guests. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Solid 5/5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

First of all I would like the thank the reception staff for there quick response, I informed them that I will be coming in my car and before I come they informed me that there is some street work in front of the hotel and they arranged for me the parking garage, they told me exactly where to park and at that location both the valet guy from the garage and a guy from the hotel reception we’re waiting for me. They informed me about the city and where can I go, the hotel is small but very nice and clean and near all the areas in the center. I would like to thank all the hotel staff especially roberto and the two ladies in the morning shift and a guy from the breakfast area named mohammed for taking good care of us and making our stay pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at Flom Hotel! The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was kind and helpful, but I especially want to recognize Andrea and Pietro for their exceptional service. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any request I had. Overall, I highly recommend Flom Hotel to anyone visiting the area. The cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made for a truly memorable experience.

The usual continental free breakfast was ok. Our concierge was friendly, welcoming and gave brilliant recommendations for restaurants, tours and generally getting around Firenze. Had a full packed 2 days. Love my welcoming birthday bottle of Prosecco. Would visit again.

Close to excellent restaurants, the Mercato Centrale, and close to the train and tram stations. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and the hotel provided a great breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The weather was very hot during our stay and the chilled lime water offered in the lobby after a hot day walking around Florence was bliss - its the little things like this that stand out and make a difference.
